OCMY8 Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

The following provisions define the terms and conditions that govern your access and participation in any "play for real" services provided by OCMY8 or collectively referred to as "OCMY8", "we", "our" or "us" as the context requires. These provisions are intended to be read in conjunction with "Betting Rules", "Privacy Policy" and any other Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Services and Website(s) and the Information comprised therein (collectively, these "Terms and Conditions").
"Games" refers to any online gaming system that is available and/or provided on the website; within these terms and conditions,

that you are not diagnosed or classified as a compulsive gambler;
that you are of the legal age of 18 and above;

that you are not using or depositing money which originate from illegal or unauthorised activities;
that you are not conducting criminal or otherwise unlawful or unauthorised activities and/or intending to use your account opened with us in connection with such activities;
that you shall not allow other persons to use your account for any criminal or otherwise unlawful activities, including, without limitation, money laundering, under any law applicable to you or us;
to keep your username, account number and password secure, confidential and protected against unauthorised access or use and to ensure that you notify us immediately if you misplace, forget or lose your account name or password;
to be solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the access to and use of the Services on and through the Website(s) and/or Device(s) under your username, account number and password regardless of whether such access and/or use was authorised by or known to you or not;
not to use the Website(s), Device(s), Software or the Information in any way which interferes the operational performance of the Services and the Website(s) to other users;
not to solicit or in any manner seek to obtain any information relating to other users;
not to upload or distribute any program, file or data that contain viruses and may affect the operational performance of the Device(s), Software, services, and/or Website(s);
that your access to or use of the Services and Website(s) is not illegal or prohibited by laws or contractual obligations that are applicable to you from which you are currently accessing the Website(s) or using the Device(s);
not to post or transmit to the Website(s) and/or to the Device(s) or to any other users any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically objectionable, pornographic or profane material, or any that could be considered a criminal offence;
that you are not an officer, director, employee, affiliate, or agent of OCMY8 or any company related to OCMY8, or a relative or housemate of any of the foregoing.
from the moment you access or log in, scroll, read, and enter your preferred gaming platform, you are composed and aware of what you are doing. Even if you accidentally or mistakenly place the wrong bets, you will still be held responsible.

3. Modification

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to update, change, and amend these terms and conditions at any time and without previous notice. The Terms and Conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website or websites. You agree to the revised or changed Terms and Conditions if you continue to use, access, and participate in the Services on or through our Website(s) and Device(s) after such publication.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to check for any amendments, updates and/or modifications. OCMY8 shall not constitute an obligation to notify you of such amendments, updates and/or modifications.

4. Intellectual Property

OCMY8 and our licensors own the information, material, and data that are made available to you on the Website(s), Services, and/or in any other format, including but not limited to marketing campaigns and materials, statistics, sporting data and fixture lists, odds and betting figures, text, graphics, video, and audio content (collectively, the "Information"). Only personal and non-commercial use is permitted.
You may not in any way or by any means adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease or license or otherwise make the Information available to any other person, website, or media without our prior consent.
The Software, Services and the Information provided on the Website(s) are protected by copyright, trademarks and other forms of intellectual and proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in and to the Software, Services and Information on the Website(s) are owned by, licensed to and/or controlled by OCMY8 and/or our licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights, interests, or licences to the Software, Services and the Information through your use of the Website(s).

5. Signing up and becoming a member

You must complete the membership and account opening forms in order to wager with OCMY8. We reserve the right to reject your membership application without getting in touch with you or giving you an explanation.
Your name, references of funds (including the pertinent bank accounts and card numbers), and residential address are among the details you attest and promise are true, accurate, and complete in every manner during registration and membership application completion.
We will take the necessary and reasonable precautions to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us. Unless required by applicable laws and regulations, we will not report or share your information.
It is completely up to you to keep your personal information private. We maintain the right to share and transmit your personal information with our individual payment settlement service providers and financial institutions to the extent necessary to complete payments.
It is entirely your responsibility to make sure that using and participating in the Services or accessing and using the Website(s) is not prohibited by your applicable laws.
We reserve the right to request further identification and proof of age (such as a valid photo ID) in order to verify your membership application. Any changes to your personal information must be promptly reported to us by you.
At our discretion, we may verify your name and address via mail. OCMY8 may, at our discretion, undertake additional security checks against any information that you provide.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you give consent for OCMY8 to access, use and store any identification verification or checks that may be made against you.

6. Placement of Bets

Games that are promoted on the Website(s) and/or through the Device(s) are eligible for wagers. All such bets are subject to the Betting Rules applicable to each event or game, and to these Terms and Conditions. If a manifest error or mistake occurs or an incorrect participant is quoted for any event, all bets placed on that event shall be void. OCMY8 maintains the right to cancel all bets made in the event that the company's gaming system malfunctions.
OCMY8 retains the right, at our sole discretion, to reject all or a portion of any wager made without giving any explanation, regardless of any other clause in these terms and conditions.
We only accept bets made through the internet in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Bets are not accepted in any other form (whether by post, email, fax or otherwise) and will be void regardless of the outcome.
OCMY8 reserves the right to suspend and or close a customer's account at any time if it is believed that you have breached any of these Terms or have acted in a manner of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging the normal betting spirits. Any winnings and/or payout including balance in the account shall be deemed forfeited and invalid.
Without prior notice, any "abnormal bets" that involve the use of artificial intelligence or "bots" on the Internet will be void. Any member who attempts or actually uses artificial intelligence will have their account terminated.
If you enter your username and password correctly, your bets will be considered valid.
if your account has enough money in it. Making sure the specifics of your wagers are accurate is entirely your responsibility. Your bets cannot be canceled, revoked, or altered once they have been placed and verified by us.
Any actions or transactions that occur as a result of using any of the following are your responsibility and liability:

Your name
your account number
Your password and username

When a transaction ID appears on your screen and is appropriately reflected in your transaction history, OCMY8 will consider your bets to be legitimate and accepted.
Betting is not allowed after an event has started or when the result of an event is known at the time the wager is placed. OCMY8 retains the right to reject or void bets placed on any event that is mistakenly left open for wagering after it has started and/or when the result of the event is known. OCMY8 retains the right to cancel and void any wager that it unintentionally accepts after the event or match has started. Any wager may only be accepted at OCMY8's sole discretion.
For betting purposes, the outcome of a match or event will be decided on the day of its conclusion, unless otherwise specified. In accordance with the Betting Rules, the winner of a game or event will be decided on the day the event concludes.
For betting purposes, OCMY8 does not accept protests, suspended games, or overturned rulings.
You acknowledge that any and all odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation without notice, and the foregoing will become fixed only at the time of acceptance of the bet by us. Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, OCMY8 may in our absolute discretion (but shall not be obliged to) make reasonable efforts to contact you to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct odds, lines and handicaps.
We will not accept any simultaneously placed bets on one event from you. In respect of any bet and the associated transactions therewith, the decision OCMY8 is final and conclusive.
The Company hereby grants to the Customer a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software, for playing in the Online Casino and other online games, in accordance with the following provisions:
The Customer is Not Permitted to:

install or load the software on a server or other networked device, or take other actions to make the software accessible to anyone else through a network, online service, bulletin board, or remote dial-in;
unless otherwise specified in this agreement, sublicense, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer, or copy the right to use the software or create or distribute copies of it;
translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise alter the software;
copy or decipher any user guides that are available "online" or in electronic format;
reverse engineer, create derivative works based on the software in its entirety or in any of its components, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or try to locate the software's source code;
attempt to interfere in any way (including, but not limited to, using robots or similar devices) with the Online Casino or the Website, or attempt to change any of the features or components of the Software, or attempt to access, enter, or get around our security system in any way.
use third-party software, such as Auto Clickers, to place bets or carry out any other activity on our platform. Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated for any detected use of such software, and you may also face additional legal action if it is judged necessary.
Engaging in scripting tools to assist in anyhow placing bets or repeating bets

If the company suspects fraud or fraudulent activity on the part of the customer, or if any of the customer's payments are charged back, it has the right to legally collect any payments owed by the customer and to withhold any payout or winning amounts owed to the customer. The business also maintains the right to stop any withdrawals from the customer's account that surpass the initial deposit if there is any suspicion of card counting while playing any of the live games.

7. IP Adresses

Our platform reserves the right to refuse service if your IP address is located outside of the supported regions (determined by currency).

This includes, but is not limited to, instances where your IP is identified as being based in overseas locations.
Any requests for service originating from unsupported regions will not be processed.

If it is determined that more than three (3) players share the same IP address, or if there are multiple accounts linked to the same IP address, we reserve the right to refuse to process any service requests related to these accounts.
This policy is in place to prevent abuse and ensure fairness among users. If you are found in violation of this policy, appropriate actions:

higher minimum withdrawal amount
account suspension
account deactivation may be taken.

OCMY8 admin reserves the right to request users to provide a screenshot to show the IP Address before proceeding to process any withdrawal request.
Users that have VPN on their device might have clash IP with other users (Same provider VPN) as the connectivity are to the VPN provider server, therefore chances are IP might clash, however OCMY8 will not exclude this cases from IP clash. Users will still be accountable for IP clash issue.

8. Software License

You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Software that is made accessible to you is the property of The Company and that you do not gain any rights to such Software whatsoever. You may not in any way or by any means adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, broadcast, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease or license or otherwise communicate or make available such Software to any other person, website or on any other media and/or device.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license by OCMY8 to install and use the software on your device or devices (the "Licence"), provided that you are the primary user of the device used for installation and use.
OCMY8 distributes and licenses the software only to allow users to access and use the services to their fullest potential.
You are not permitted to:

install or load the software on a networked device, such as a server;
duplicate, disseminate, move, or assign the software to another individual;
lease, sublicense, rent, or otherwise give the software to a third party;
develop or supply any method that would allow others to use the software;
translate, disassemble, decompile, alter, or produce derivative works using the software; or
use the software in a way that is forbidden by the rules or laws in effect.

9. Settlement of Transactions

OCMY8 reserves the right not to settle a transaction in the event of discrepancies between the bank account and registered name.
Your winnings are exclusive of bet amount and this should be considered when placing your bet.
OCMY8 shall not be responsible or liable to you for any funds credited to an account in error, and OCMY8 reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds. Should funds be credited to your account in error, it is your responsibility to inform OCMY8 immediately.
Payment of any taxes, fees, charges or levies that may apply to your winnings under any applicable laws shall be your sole responsibility.

10. Collection of Winnings

Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
We will not release your funds under any circumstances if the full value of your deposit is not played through in full.
Withdrawals of money from your account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made.
The bank account used for the original placement of the deposit must be the same as the name of the registered account. OCMY8 reserves the right to make a charge to your account to cover all reasonable cost relating to both the deposit and withdrawal.

11. Promotions

All the promotion in OCMY8 is not allowed for multiple accounts, if there is any collusion or usage of multiple account, all bonus and winning amount will be confiscated.
Turnover on all types of non-live table games (e.g. Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat and other non-live table games) and non-slot games, will not count towards this turnover requirement unless SPECIFICALLY stated.
OCMY8 will only calculate the amount of bets that have been settled and with the result of winning or losses as effective turnover.
The required turnover subjected to all bonuses are not counted as effective rebate.
Given bonuses are only valid for thirty (30) days, starting from the date they are issued, unless otherwise stated in the bonus’ terms and conditions. If a player fails to make the prerequisite value of wagers before the expiration, the bonus funds and money won using money bonus funds will be removed from the player’s account.
OCMY8 reserves the right to decide unilaterally to execute and, at any time without prior notice, to modify, change, stop, cancel and/or invalidate the promotion.
All promotions or special offers introduced are subjected to these Terms and Conditions. OCMY8 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or modify such any promotions at any time.
In the event that OCMY8 believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion, OCMY8 may, at our sole discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold or withdraw any user from the promotion.
OCMY8 reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any individual/group of people acting in liaison/collusion and attempts to be fraudulent. The money in the accounts will be confiscated immediately.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OCMY8, our employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents for any loss, damage, or claim (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise out of violation of the Terms and Conditions and/or Betting Rules.

13. Violation

OCMY8 reserves the right to seek all remedies in respect of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to deny or restrict access to the Services, Website(s), and Information to any particular person, terminate your account, or block access from a particular Internet address at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless OCMY8 and its affiliates, employees, agents, and associates from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever that may arise as a result of:

your breach of the Agreement, in whole or in part;
violation of any law or third party rights;
use of Services and/or sites by you or another person using your login details.

14. Miscellaneous

The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between any translated versions of this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between OCMY8 and you regarding the Services and the Site and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement.
This “Terms and Conditions” are correct as of the posting date, and will apply to:

all new members from 2025 on the date of accessing the OCMY8 webpage, regardless of domain.
to existing/old member, commencing 15th March onwards.
